The LZFL1064-15mW-5.5/125 is a 15 mW single-mode fibre-coupled laser module at 1064 nm. The output is delivered through a 5 um single-mode fiber, NA 0.13 and terminated with FC/PC, SMA905, FC/APC, so it can drop straight into a fibre-based instrument without free-space alignment. Typical drive voltage is 1.4 V.
